i fail to see your point.. Liam is the one and only man behind the prodigy sound

Well in my 'experience' ive never heard anything different.. have you?
He is the Prodigy, his sound is the Prodigy so if its a Liam Howlett remix... its a Prodigy Remix

He's not trying to make it sound like a Prodigy track. In my opinion he just adding his beats to the track similar to the Ping Pong Bitches track he made for them. This is why its billed as a 'Howlett' (from the Prodigy) remix and not a 'Prodigy' remix.

I know what you mean in away but its still labelled as a Prodigy remix
The beats he did for Maxim were under the LH name and Ping Pong but this is a straight out Liam Prodigy remix, im not having that he is not trying to make it sound like the Prodigy as...
He is the Prodigy lol everything he does sounds like that, that fuck off bassline all the way through is Prodigy, those melodies sound like early Prodigy

I thought Liam Howlett had nothing to do with The Ping Pong Bitches track "Chains"?... The Green Bastard wrote: fighter beat aint the prodigy style but its still on lost beats and the jap version of imd and the special edition that just came out.
Not on the Special Edition, only The Big Gundown and Wild West are...

I don't think he sits down and considers how 'prodigy' something sounds he just makes whatever sounds best at the time.

So if Liam releases a solo album people will see it as a prodigy album??
Prodigy = Liam, Maxim + Keith
Note. I still stand by the fact that the label "Liam Prodigy" is only a reference to let people know that this remix is by the guy who is IN the Prodigy. The only reason i mentioned this before was because some people were judging this remix unfairly as if its gonna be on the next album. Isn't it ironic that most of AONO is considered a Liam solo album as many reviews of that album stated it sounds like what an LH solo album might sound like.
The Prodigy are a band, not a solo project. This remix has a totally different sound to most typical prodigy tracks in my view, EG it lacks the hard heavy beats. Its an LH remix of an Ian Brown track. You don't have to agree with me and i wont hate you if you don't
i don't this turn into flame war. Its just my view.

Your talking hypothetically though as Liam has never commercially released any solo material, everything he does is the Prodigy
"Prodigy present Dirtchamber vol1" is a good example
The Prodigy are a band thats true but when Maxim releases something or Keef does its under their own banner as its their own sound, Liams sound is the Prodigy and nothing else, agreed it does sound different just like Fighter Beat sounds different but I think its more him trying different things/using different equipment
But then as you say thats your opinion and mine differ, no biggie
