oh great, they canceled his order now...that seems fair....

for fucks sake this has got me pissed off. now i know how the people who couldnt get any for the birmingham/sheffield ones felt.

AAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG

Are you shitting me, exactly the fucking same:

"Dear Customer,

I regret to inform you that your order ******** has been cancelled as we have not been able to complete payment from your card issuer.

Unfortunately, we are not able to re-activate your current order. Therefore, if you still require the item/s, you will need to place a new order via the website."

Funny that the details werent wrong and their is enough money.... maybe someone sold tickets they didnt have. Thats fucking grinded my gears, I can handle shit servers; I cant handle fucking shit service whereby they sell something that doesnt fucking exist!!!!!! Talk about hopes much, cunts.

I got screwed by the same thing. As I had my ticket order confirmed I went out. When I came back I saw this email telling me they'd cancelled my order because they couldn't complete payment from your card issuer. Now all the tickets are sold out. Bastards! I hope there are some tickets tomorrow but I wouldn't bet on it. No Sheffield/Birmingham tickets were held back for the warm up gigs. They were all sold on the first day.

Now I'm confused. Looking at my account on the ticket website I have a cancelled order and a successful order. The successful order is the later one. I got two emails, one cancel and one processed both with different order numbers. Looks like I got a ticket after all. I only went through the payment screen once. Weird! Still, if I've got my ticket that's ok although I could have done without the stress!

Now to go back to moaning about the 10% booking fee and £6 delivery charge. :x

Same. Shame they are so incompetant they cant even spell cancelled. I apparently 'canceled' standing tickets on 13th, or the site fucked up in reality. I kept on putting tickets in the basket and they would disappear, which shown up as a cancelled order... this was before they sold out. Shit website much. Now im left with seated on the 13th. Think swapsies, numerous visits to ebay are in order on this one. Cant afford to buy more tomorrow.

I could have paid that 15Ł for postage and I would get my uni paid for two months with these tickets. I need to show more determination while looking at those ticket and postage prices next time -_-'

true, i was gonna pay any price to see them anyway lol. just nicer if i can get it for cheaper

The tickets should have the person who bought them's name and address on them so you have to bring proof of your identity with you to get in. that'd stop most people buying them off ebay. Theres 2 tickets currently going for £97 inc p&p! It's ridiculous!!!

Thu 11th December SHEFFIELD, Carling Academy BO: 0844 477 2000
Fri 12th December LONDON, Brixton Carling Academy BO: 0844 477 2000
