I hope you see the difference between 1,5 year (not 2) in non-internet era and 9 (fucking nine!) years in internet era. What we will get next? re-amped spacehopper? another remix of smub? Its ok if we get it as a part of "lost beats" but it's not ok when you buy "new" pro album and you get old songs you know for years!

I haven't heard the live recordings, but I'm actually happy Liam is bringing back Heatwave in some form. he doesn't do it just for you guys, he does it for himself first, but also all the other people who will buy the album and never heard the youtube recs

if anything, I'm curious how he broke his own rule of not bringing back old stuff, like he did by bringing back vocals of TDIME and AWOL which dated from the IMD-era recording sessions

If we want to talk seriously, Liam has no rules. He does whatever he wants if it is convenient for him and then he tells whatever he feels atm in the interviews to pass a message or show an attitude and end of story.
If you want him to get thirsty and write again the album of the century i would advice him to go live in a shitty hotel or a ghetto for a year with only a few money per month.No luxuries,no damn foxes who hide under my 300.000$ car, no champagne,nothing.Good life is not good for some artists.They get lazy and lost touch with the real world.
