Strange that. Considering they are on a completly different and unrelated label now. The kids clearly have no idea what they are babbling on about and need to stop facking demanding XYZ all the time. I seriously believe half these peopel moaning have only been following the band for the past 5 years and have no idea how sparse things used to be for us.
don't be so sure about those 5 years
and I don't think there's gonna be a fourth single, the 3rd will be (hopefully) TMTTH and I hope it will be an EP

How can you say that after hearing 1:32 min of a radio rip with 30 sec of talk over? Too soon to judge in my opinion.

Cogglesz wrote: we know theres tons of shit lying around and liam could easily get something as a b-side Just because a track has been played live it doesn't mean it is of a high enough sound quality to be released. When Liam gave us the studio version of 'Death Of The Prodigy Dancers' it came straight off a floppy disc. It wasn't mastered and it may even have been mono. The tracks that are 'lying around' aren't necessarily finished. Harbinger wrote: I can see Ded Ken & Mescaline getting released So can I. Kingdom wrote: again, for me its not about dead ken or mescaline specifically. i really hoped for ANYTHING other than just weak remixes. patience? there's only one single release left.. believe me, i hate moaning. i'm just "wondering" why liam prefers to put weak remixes (only noisia and FFS are decent so far) on the singles other than releasing some new shit. i wouldn't mind a single with GREAT remixes on it or remixes done by liam himself. instead we got this chase & status-herve-KLAM blah crap. so here are some simple questions: there are so many tracks left, why the hell does he keep hiding them? why release some shit like herve and KLAM remixes in the first place? does he really like this kinda shit? again. i CAN'T imagine liam sitting there thinkin 'that KLAM tune is a killer!'.. and -- why are there no liam remixes anymore? I've read people's comments on www.nuskoolbreaks.co.uk saying they love the Future funk Squad remix. Some people here like the KLAM mix. The job of a single is to get the track airplay on radio and in clubs and in turn generate album sales. Remixes get The Prodigy heard in places they may not get heard in otherwise e.g. Drum & Bass DJs probably won't play The Prodigy version but they will play the Drum & Bass remix. You may not personally like e.g. Herve's remix of 'Omen' but apparently it got played a lot by DJs who play that genre of music. The Prodigy have been on tour almost constantly since mid January. Liam won't have had much time to go into the studio to finish B-sides. http://www.nekozine.co.uk/2009/03/22/th ... interview/Quote: Before Christmas I saw you say in an interview that you’ve got to finish some tracks that didn’t make it on the album…
Liam: There is lots and lots of stuff left over from the record. Some people have heard it. The obvious one is ‘Mescaline’ and, what else, ‘AWOL’ which people haven’t heard. It is probably an album worth of stuff that hasn’t made it on the album, which some of it needs to be finished.
People probably still want to hear ‘Dead Ken’. None of these tracks are going be saved for a new record. They need to come out before we start on the new album because you have to start fresh, you know. Whatever the singles three and four are, that is going to be a good opportunity to stick on some of those tracks.

Just to add to your post JJ
Quote: Neko: Do you know what the next singles will be?
Liam: ‘Warriors Dance’ is next! But people already know that, yeah?
Maxim: Is it? [Laughs]
Liam: But for single three we’re still thinking about that. We like ‘Take Me To The Hospital’. And I could remix that as well, so I am kind of looking forward to doing a good remix of that tune.

Kingdom wrote: before shouting so gallantly, please try to READ my post. especially the part about the remixes. it's pretty impressive that you can type such huge letters but you're simply ignoring all the legitimate questions i asked.
1- there are so many tracks left, why the hell does he keep hiding them? 2- why release some shit like herve and KLAM remixes in the first place? does he really like this kinda shit? 3- and -- why are there no liam remixes anymore? 4- if the reason for all of this is cause they're too busy touring (though i seriously doubt it took more than one night 2 finish that oasis remix) , why doesn't he put "breathe dubstep" on it or "diesel power beats" or reworked mix of IMD? is there anyone who would rather have KLAM remix than these tunes? 5- and even if they're too busy and better remix artists aren't available, why not have an official remix contest? we'd have better remixes and it would be a nice treat for the fans.
1. He might not think they are good enough. If you were a game programmer, would you release very pieve of shitty code to your adoring fans even if the code was shite?
2. These are artists who have a distinctive sound and whose music Liam presumably likes. Why not get them do a remix? Who knows what the future holds? Crookers please!
3. He's done the hard work with 5 albums already!
4. If he put out Breathe Dubstep or Wind It up Live 2009 then what would be the point in going to see them live. I'm fairly sure the live re-workings will come out in the years to come.
5. Recording contracts

bought WD 2 Track CD + Vinyl w/postcard deal...
didn't get the download package since its UK & Ireland only bullshit.
for the fuck of it, i got the Omen vinyl as well since i didn't get it when it first came out.
Prodge's webshop royally screwed up my last two orders including the the 2nd one where i used the voucher they gave me for the 1st mess up. it was fixed in the end, but jeez. twice in a row!
plus i pre-ordered from cdjapan since it says it includes lots of remixes and the Omen single from them was a 4 track.

Anyone have any suggestions what the postcards will look like? I'd guess probably a set of 5 with one being the WD artwork, one of each of the guys on stage and a group shot.
Funnily enough I received my bundle of Omen (CD single + 12" for £4) from them this morning..
As for the remaining 2 possible singles, I'd guess TMTTH and Thunder. No doubt both with pretty poor remixes of the respective tracks. Although it would be awesome (and therefore highly unlikely) of Liam to choose one of the BK crew's remixes instead..

I reckon TMTTH and then World's on fire. I mean we all know that there is the other (original) mix of this track and World's on fire was shown as live footage on TV. just got a feeling it will be this track, with a remix and maybe Stab as a B-side. As for TMTTH B-sides, i'm also hoping for an EP with a Liam remix like the promo mix (more bouncy bass), another out-sourced remix and mescaline.
I really don't think Dead Ken will come out. Gotta feeling it will become like 'No souvenirs'.. Liam will say that "it's time has gone, it sounds dated, blah blah..."
