Did they send you an email confirming they'd sent it? Email them and explain the situation.

service@hmv.co.uk was their customer service email address last time I contacted them a year ago.

worst thing about this is that it could be here Friday, and my hosue is being rewired on Friday, so wont be able to play it til the night time :lol:
