I have to say we have been a lucky bunch this past year. We have been given Pendulum remix of Voodoo then the radio 1 session then Their Law: Singles and the tour plus Liam has been writing on the web and then drummers tape and now Liams offering on the website too. I think xmas has come soon to be honest!
Roll on 2007 and the new album, good times ahead people! :D

The sample above was posted on this forum 4 years ago (some original forum members may remember) asking what version it was. Everyone just thought it must have been a bootleg, and I saved it on my comp with the promise if I recognised it I'll let them know. Well, 4 years later I finally found out what it is :D

First of all, I'm so surprised to see this tape. Really, Liam, you got me with this one. I guess I'll have to give his words more credit from now on, though I doubt he'll do anything else like this again.
About the tape, what can I say...nothing special, just tunes that have some potential.

well i'm not as totally pissed as you might think about your jokes and stuff. i'm not offended either. in fact the reference that liam made towards your tape is quite funny and i'm cool with it. the only thing that disturbed me was that you kept repeating yourself on several occasions and that's annoying. this board is not a chat you know. i know you're really happy that your tape made liam act and uploading stuff and endorphines are flying around - and i'm feeling with you but keep it cool. just slow down a little and read what others have to say. repeating yourself over and over again doesn't make you look more credible. if people want to read your posts they will. and posting valuable comments is most welcome.

Yeah there sounds like a voice over it but the beats on the track are similar.
Maybe there were a few tapes given to djs and whatnot and they played them tunes in a set that was recorded?

I may be remembering wrong, but wasn't the demo tape Liam gave to XL his own tunes on one side, and like a "DJ Mix" on the b-side?
As I said, I may be remembering wrong...
