It's just assumption as far as I know.

There are two versions of the track, earlier one where you clearly can hear SOAD sample/vocals, and one where sample is reworked/distorted/masked.

That tune I have loved from the start for somehow and that SOAD sample gives great haunting vibe to the track.
When I realized it was SOAD i dug up my copy of Steal this album! and found the whole album to be an underrated gem!

I'm sorry, but I f#@$ing hate Jetfighter. I have an instrumental of it lying somewhere though. Jetfighter-era was terrible in my opinion, everything was just noise.
