Maybe the cover art is done by Luke Insect (who's work I actually like) but still the cover artwork looks a bit out-dated when it is the same style seen with the We are Noize project releases' cover already a few years back.. Maxim himself is a gifted graphic artist, why he does not use his own distinctive art (if the cover art is truly someone else's doing) !?
I also liked more the original Maxim logo with a liquid like styling..

But I really can't see the connection: The Prodigy haven't underlined the Love using the word as a album title or highlighted that in any other way either. With individual tracks the usage of Love word combined with heavy beats have had a cool effect or contrast in all those Prodigy tracks you mentioned. So maybe this decision of Maxim's would not have irritated me that much when used as a single track title. But to use it as a whole album title as to describe the entire vibe of the album.. Meh... like I said before: a real turn off. Sorry.
Maybe this decision is reference of missing deeply Keef but he could have done that also by simply dedicating the album to him (which he probably also has done) and instead of giving the album an ambiguous title that rocks or even gives good shivers and builds up the hype for the album release.
As an addition to this opinion: I have worked really hard to accept the track title Need Some1 as a Prodigy track name. Maybe today I have finally starting to except that decision because of how good the track actually is
