...or do they mean the weak live guitar that was put on top of that during concerts? ...why didn't he just play the guitar loop live, that would've been heavier and cooler :) ...like they're doing with Voodoo People now (at least at the last concert I went to)

IIRC, the guitar on Their Law was time stretched in order to get that heavy bass sound.
