Dear Chemical brothers and sisters,

On Sunday night we were unable to play the Gatecrasher event due to extreme weather, which had made the stage dangerous. No other acts were able to perform on the stage all day due to these unforeseen conditions.

Our crew arrived 24 hours ahead of the stage time and were fully prepared for the show to go ahead, but it was mutually agreed by all parties involved that the stage was not safe due to the extreme weather conditions and particularly constant rain, which was blowing onto the stage by the non-prevailing wind.

Unfortunately we were unable to relocate to a tent due to crowd safety concerns.

We regret letting down the people that had come to see us. In 14 years of playing live shows we have never been in a position where it has been impossible to play a show due to weather.

hey people hope you are in fine health ! we have been holed up in our west london studio getting to the last stages of our record , still a little way to go yet but we are very amped about it. sounding fat and some of it ol-skool…. yea! we already done the sleeve and we have a working title that has the venom to suit the music .you will hear the about the title in a month or so.

hi, how r u after the gatecrasher weekend ?? suitably refreshed i hope … Anyone who camps in a tent deserves respect in my book i tell ya ….. . Even though our stage monitors cutting out on firestarter and other tunes it couldnt knock us off our buzz to be back. thanks to all who stood out in that fukin wind — least there was no rain (shame tom and ed) ! next gig croatia, then on to germany, bring it on …..
