I was worried they had missed it out of the list but this is a good placement and a worthy write up.

Brilliant. Well written and captures the point of the record, and the time it was released, perfectly. And no lazy mentions of 'MC Maxim Reality' anywhere. Journo did their work here.

Rob talks Download with The Prodigy.

__________

Sir Vere mentions Liam H.

WE UNDERSTAND THAT PRODIGY’S LIAM HOWLETT HAS BEEN VERY ENCOURAGING TO YOU…. WHAT ADVICE HAS HE GIVEN YOU?

He’s been a fan of our sound and loved our album ‘Psycho Ballistic Funk’, that we released last year. The only direct advice we got was to keep a few tracks away from the last album release them in their own right. These tracks are future releases which we are excited about releasing sometime soon.

Good interview. Some nice stories of how he met Liam and watching him work.

Typos galore in the YouTube blurb: -

Interesting listen. Rob Jevons worked with Liam on 'The Day Is My Enemy' but said Liam didn't use any of his sounds. He then got a credit on 'No Tourists' (for assistance on "Champions of London") which he didn't know about and asked Liam what it was for. Liam told him it was for a sound he used.

An article about the infamous Mixmag "did 'Charly' kill rave?".

https://909originals.com/2018/09/28/eve ... y-in-1992/

Reading it now it's amusing to see how wrong the writer was about how 'Charly' would be viewed in the future.

Are you going to record something new with The Prodigy in the near future? What should fans expect?

We don’t really know because of the situation in the world at the moment with the Covid pandemic. Obviously, we’ve been in the studio and people know as they saw this on social media, but to make a tour again, with this pandemic, who knows, you just have to take one day after the other now, you can’t really look forward in the future and be like “Oh, in 2022 I’ll do this…”. Despite this I’m still enjoying my life, you can’t let the outside taking you, but then obviously, it is a tough situation for a lot of people, and a lot of people have passed away, but for those who are still here, you have to enjoy today because it’s all about today. Just enjoy today and make the most out of today. That’s where I am now, who knows what’s going to happen in 2021 or 2022?
