Something that I will be at in person but for all of you who can't be ;o)

FRIDAY 28TH AUGUST 2009

BBC 3 -

8.05pm - 9pm
Edith Bowman and Reggie Yates open up proceedings from the 2009 Reading Festival with Mercury Prize-nominated and top 10 favourites Florence and the Machine. Also featured are fellow Mercury nominees Friendly Fires and Brian Molko's Placebo.

9 - 10pm
Edith Bowman and Reggie Yates continue hosting live coverage from the Reading Festival with the evening's penultimate act on the Main Stage, Leeds's very own Kaiser Chiefs.

10.30pm - 12.05am
Edith Bowman and Reggie Yates introduce Friday's headliners Kings of Leon, returning triumphantly to Reading Festival after securing multi-platinum sales with their last album Only By the Night. There is also coverage of Faith No More as they headline the Radio 1/NME Stage.

SATURDAY 29TH AUGUST 2009

BBC 3 -

7pm - 8pm
Maximo Park & Ian Browne at Reading plus others

9.45pm - 12.30am
Arctic Monkeys at Reading (as Prodigy are second main stage headliners before the Arctic Monkeys..they will be shown in this programme in addition to red button)

SUNDAY 30TH AUGUST 2009

BBC 3 -
10.45pm - 1.30am
Radiohead at Reading plus others

With the red button footage - I don't expect Prodigy will be shown on that until after 11pm/ after 12am as in previous years they don't tend to show the main stage headliners until that kind of time in the evening each night

Even though I'm not really a fan of radiohead I still have a lot of respect for them n their music, from what i've seen on various videos n shit they seem pretty epic live. Deadmau5 on the other hand I really think is way over-rated, sure he's got some good tunes but I just cudn't get on with his stuff sadly, no matter how much i wanted to.

Updated TV Coverage / Times -

FRIDAY 28TH AUGUST -

BBC 3 - 8.05 - 9pm - Florence & The Machine @ Reading
Coverage of this year's Reading/Leeds festival, fronted by Edith Bowman and Reggie Yates, begins with a set by south London's Brit Award-winning Florence Welch. Her album, Lungs, has divided those who think she's a new Janis Joplin from those who consider her an overhyped, underpowered pretender, more Kate Nash than Kate Bush. Also on the early shift are Welch's fellow Mercury nominees Friendly Fires, plus there's the usual backstage interviews. Then at 9:00pm, it's Kaiser Chiefs.

BBC 3 - 9pm - 10pm - Kaiser Chiefs @ Reading
Edith Bowman and Reggie Yates continue hosting live coverage from the Reading Festival with the evening's penultimate act on the Main Stage, Leeds's very own Kaiser Chiefs.

BBC 3 - 10.30pm - 12.05am - Kings Of Leon @ Reading
Edith Bowman and Reggie Yates introduce Friday's headliners Kings of Leon, returning triumphantly to Reading Festival after securing multi-platinum sales with their last album Only By the Night. There is also coverage of Faith No More as they headline the Radio 1/NME Stage.

SATURDAY 29TH AUGUST -

BBC 3 - 7pm - 8pm - Maximo Park & Ian Brown @ Reading
Edith Bowman and Reggie Yates present live coverage of day two of the Reading Festival. Featuring performances from Maximo Park and former Stone Roses frontman Ian Brown, both on the Main Stage. Plus live acoustic sets, interviews and a look forward to the night's headlining set by the Arctic Monkeys.

BBC 3 - 10pm - 12.20am - Arctic Monkeys @ Reading
Edith Bowman and Reggie Yates continue live coverage of the Reading Festival with, from approximately 10.15pm, the headlining set of Sheffield's Arctic Monkeys. Plus a look back at other bands taking to the stage on Saturday, including the Prodigy and Gossip.

SUNDAY 30TH AUGUST -

BBC 3 - 10.45pm - 12.35am - Radiohead @ Reading
Edith Bowman and Reggie Yates introduce live coverage from the final day of this year's Reading Festival, starting with around 45 minutes of Radiohead's headlining show from the Main Stage. Plus a look back at the likes of Bloc Party, Yeah Yeah Yeahs and Vampire Weekend, who all took to the stage on Sunday.

MONDAY 31ST AUGUST -

BBC 3 - 7pm - 8pm - Best Bits At Reading -
Edith Bowman and Reggie Yates introduce highlights from sets by Kaiser Chiefs, Little Boots and Arctic Monkeys.

FRIDAY 4TH SEPTEMBER -

BBC 2 - 11.35pm - 1.05am - Reading Festival Highlights
Edith Bowman and Reggie Yates look back on many of the weekend's performances including Arctic Monkeys, Radiohead, Kings of Leon, Friendly Fires, Florence and The Machine, Faith No More, Vampire Weekend, Little Boots and much more.

Prodigy are on from 8.20-9.30pm (most of any of the main stage second headliners so should be able to pretty much get a full set) at Reading on Saturday and as Leeds finishes 30mins earlier each night compared to Reading...am guessing at Leeds they will be on from 7.50-9pm tomorrow (Friday)

Therefore they won't be on the BBC 3 Reading footage until the 10pm coverage starts on Saturday evening and also as the red button footage doesn't start until 7pm (until 1am) each day..they won't be shown on the red button until at least after 11pm/midnight I imagine
