Okay, another not really negative point, but weak point for the shop:
I ordered a lot of different items there, paid them and now my order is still pending - Fine so far !
Why does it pending ? Cos of the mug with the "let no one take it" - design.
So I wrote to the customer service and asked, if they will get the item back in some days in stock again and they answered, they don´t know it in moment, cos they wait for information of the supplier.
Also good, to get a great answer
And then I asked if it´s possible, in case they will not get the "let no one take it"-mug anymore, just to put the "black-and-white-logo"-mug instead the "let no one take it "-mug into my order ?
Answer: No, that´s not possible
Where´s the problem ? The mug has the same size and the same prize, it´s just another print on it ?
The only thing I can do is, just to cancel this item to release the rest of my order which will be send to me and I will get a refund for the not sended mug which IMO is more complicated and circular, cos I paid via Bibit Internet Bank transfer....
This is a weak point concerning the service and flexibility of the shop, cos just put an item instead another one shouldn´t be a problem
