Well as long as you keep playing the early tunes then its cool by me
The Prodigy AFAIK dont ever do old sets anymore, sure they bung in a few of the old tunes but what i really want is a whole tour of just the first 2 albums!!!!!!
You guys should stick to that as the music was better then IMO.

well... seeing that video... you are not a tribute band, you are a copy band...
pretending to be someone else and taking credit for that is not on my "respect that" list.

btw you interfere with the music compilations by the members of this forum... you know, music from the jilted generation

The concept of a tribute band is to sound and look like the original...Wigs,acting,fake accents and all i.e Guns and Roses,Oasis, Kiss..None of that with us..Yeah a few moves stolen, same dress,The Adrenaline does the rest.. OBVIOUSLY as that's what people want in seeing a tribute band...Thick!

the thing is those bands are pretty rare to see now a days but prodigy who played 113 gigs in 37 countries last year means its not really hard to see them at all, i got tickets to the run tour a week before the gig started and it only cost me a tenner extra from buying them the moment they get released so its pretty easy to get a hold of tickets too. if i started a pendulum tribute band tomorow i'm sure it wouldn't be popular or any good to be honest when its easier to see the real thing, i seen prodigy 3 times last year and i could have seen them another 2 times without going any more further than 40 miles.

thats the only thing i'm saying

I got no problems with the Jilted Generation either, met them a couple of times @ Prodigy gigs and they're sound guys. If they are recreating the prodigy vibe and pulling it off, good luck to em. I keep meaning to try and catch one of their shows. Maybe doubters should give it a shot, then judge. They don't just do prodigy tracks either.

Why all the hate? This forum is full of twats, just never realised it. Epic fail to the original poster! That's the whole fucking point, they're trying to imitate The Prodigy and what's so bad about that. It's not like they were ever claiming to be as good as The Prodigy or anything. I think people need to chill the fuck out, if these guys want to do a tribute to the band, then fucking let them, you don't have to go and watch them if you don't like it.

Have to agree here. The Jilted lads do a great job and have a fuckin buzz everytime they play, they have gigs every week and get the crowds in. If no one cared about them they wouldn't play. Plus they play tracks that Mr. 'Stuck up his own arse' Howlett doesn't play anymore.

Respect to the Jilted lads 8-)

how sad that gizz butt would play in a tribute band of the band he used to play in, imagine Wes Borland playing in a limp bizkit tribute band. How sad
