Ok, no prob. Thanks for post in others forums as well.

A friend of mine gave me the xbox360 the last night.

I have spend a lot of time trying first to extract the original HD 154MB file but I could't transfer this without these xsata adapter that I don't have.

The second option was record in DVD and is very fast with a dvdrecorder connected to your xbox360 and push the record button, then rip the vob to pc.
