Same song is where that sample at the beginning of WOF comes from. The repeating female vocal.

It sounds like she's saying "World's on fire...World's on fire..." but she's actually saying "Hair's on fire...Hair's on fire" according to what she says in the original track.

It's just distorted up and the pitch is brought down a bit to make it sound like she's saying "World's..."

Very possible. It's hard to tell because Liam really distorted the sample, but she does say "ain't ever comin down" in the song.

Personally, I think you're right.

Well I already have the f*ing song in top quality, but when someone posts it well, it's gone.
