Was rummaging through my room yesterday and came across this old Spin magazine from Sept '97. Had no clue I had this haha.

BTW the magazine is gargantuous, which is why the sides are slightly cut off |

There's an article in this Sept 97 issue about Oasis taking on some fan sites that were putting up mp3's of their songs. This ammuses me... Considering fan pages free publicity, most record labels and artists have silently tolerated the usual unauthorized collections of photos, bios, and downloadable sound clips. But the advent of MPEG Audio Layer 3 (MP3) - a popular new compression technology that allows internet users to efficiently download music with near-CD-quality sound.  LMFAO @ "MPEG Audio Layer 3". They actually had to explain what that was back then... God that makes me feel old :sad1:

Sure I posted these up months & months back ?? Can't remeber now,lol. 
Deffo got the mag as I recognise Keiths strange look from the cover. Remember this was the time when everyone thought Keith was the front-man and was always at the front-centre of any cover photos with the rest behind him. Keith Was THE image for Prodigy and no-one else knew the others (bar the real fans) |

Thanks for the scans, keith really looks so young in them. Reminds me of when TFOTL was out prodigy were everywhere and it was mostly keith talking! |
