Wales, and in the more central and southern parts, it’ll be a fine dry day.
Good deal of sunshine to begin with, clouding over somewhat later on.

Notes:
1) Jericho: For those who aren’t familiar with the Bible: Jericho is a city in Jordan which was taken by the Israelites in the 14th century Before Christ. And something I forgot to mention, but one of my visitors (Chris) noted is that Jericho was destroyed by a series of horn blasts from the Israelites, hence the ”Horns of Jericho” expression!
2) Hyperspeed: G-Force means the force of gravity.
3) Hyperspeed: The meaning of jack slinger is uncertain, but it seems to make sense if the following meanings of the words are put together: jack = ”a mechanical or hydraulic device for exerting a large force, esp. to raise a heavy weight such as a motor vehicle”; sling = ”a rope or strap by which something may be secured or lifted”. If you have a better explanation, don’t forget to tell me!
4) Charly: Raas means a kind of bliss-consciousness that one may obtain by reading literature, by playing games, by dancing and singing, and by other sensuous pursuits. (Description from the Krishna Pranami Dharma Dictionary and from Nalin Gupta)
5) Charly: It’s not impossible that it isn’t bass, but base – ”Base is slang for crack-cocaine, which is cocaine with the acid base removed, this leaves a more pure form of cocaine so a greater high can be achieved” (Thanks to Gary and
www.cocaine.org for the info!)
6) Charly (note for foreigners): When bass means the low-frequency sound, it is pronounced like base, not as it is written.
7) Out Of Space: Please don’t email me about the I’m gonna send him to outer space line – it is 100% sure that this is the correct lyric (it has been confirmed by Lee ’Scratch’ Perry, the producer of the original song, Chase The Devil by Max Romeo. (Info from Loaded and EN News)
8) Everybody In The Place: Those whose mother tongue isn’t English may be unfamiliar with the expression In The Place. Here is the description of it from Francis Madeira: ”In da house derives from DJs and MCs in clubs telling the ravers what they’re called and making their presence known. In da place means the same as in da house, but can also apply to the old skool raves in fields etc.”
9) Weather Experience: The sample is from the 'Sea Areas' part of a UK Met Office Shipping forecast. The numbers (5, 7 & 4) are the forecast wind strength as measured on the Beaufort Wind Force Scale. In meteorological terms, "backing" means an anti-clockwise (on the compass face) change of wind direction, so in this sea area the wind direction is being forecast to change anti-clockwise from say, Westerly, to come from a South-Westerly direction or, in other words, from 270 to 225 degrees of the compass. (Thanks to Lokash20 for the info!)
10,11) Fire: cali weed is the slang phrase for cannabis. And Rizla (or RIZLA+) is a cigarette rolling paper brand (from which one can roll a home-made cigarette). So the line When I was a youth I used to burn cali weed in a rizla means ”When I was young I used to smoke weed in home-rolled cigarettes”.
12) Ruff In The Jungle Bizness: Another description by Francis: ”The word ruff is slang for rough and means exactly the same, but is now often used to describe things that are disgusting. I guess [ruff in the jungle bizness] means they’re cutting edge in the jungle scene – or at least were when they wrote it.”
