2 weeks ago i did big order and their said to me that thirts is sold out but a few days ago i got a mail that my order is shipped

my tshirt came and then the day after they sent an email saying "we have just dispatched your order"... plus theyve sent me expired voucher codes... plus everything is too expensive!!!

i preordered my boxset, will see what happens then.

if i get fucked, i'll flip out, especially after i heard i'm paying double than what is on Amazon.

4 orders with them so far, and i cant fault them at all for the service iv had off of them, prices are a bit much though, they should atleast stick to the prices they have at the shows

i'll say this much, its got better but i still dont think its as good as it could be, delivery's take far to long for me and im only in scotland, the price of postage is crazy, i ordered my 2 things from them and i clicked express and the price went from 40 odd quid (inc postage) to 70 quid, they do have bugs with logins aswell im sure they take extra postage money for themselfs, its the slowest place i've ever ordered anything on the web even their tickets take months.

but it has improved but its not in todays standards so i voted no

i was preordering the album for a freind of mine abroad but it would probably take 3 weeks to deliver since they'd ship it on the release date, so i feel in future well march the 2nd alot of people arn't gonna be happy about their boxsets not being there because there in another country, but i did order a tee for a freind abroad for christmas and its not showed up yet and it was ordered on the day the tour tee's hut the shop

I think it's pretty good, I've ordered something 3 times now with standard delivery and each time it came within 5 days. Can't be bad.

Postage is expensive, 20€ for shipping the box set

I ordered a mug, but gave my friend's address in UK, so I saved a few pounds, anyway, it arrived quite fast.

I'm in the middle east and i pay 0 shipping

i remember ordering a hoodie from them before it took about 3 months to tell me that they had repaid the money into my account as the product was sold out
otherthan that i think the shop does have some good looking shit on there;)

There are good and bad points about the shop :

Good Points:

Good service if you know how to do the things and if you know their rules.

i.e.

First time I ordered there I went 9 times to he checkout, cos I thought, it´s not a submit of the order itself, also I got problems with my Internet explorer .... I was wrong, cos they confirmed 9 orders I have done.

So I ordered my order 9 times and just want it 1 times. A look into their rules says: Write us a mail if you wanna change or cancel your order. So I wrote 8 mails to them with the order number "PLEASE CANCEL order No. XXXX" ... NO PROBLEMS - everything was cancelled except the one I order I really wanna have....


I preferred the usual bank transfer, which means i.e. for Germany via "Bibit Internet Payments" ... I never heard of that factory (?) but I trusted them. Everything worked fine - no problems

My order was payed within 4 days and after 2 weeks I recieved my order.

Good thing to logIn to check your satus of your order.

Never got problems with my LogIn there - I can´t agree to that !




Bad Points:

- Much too expensive [some items, not all - Prices for shirts and hoodies are still okay, but too expensive sweet bands, buttons, badges [metal ant way tooooooooooooooo expensive]]

- Much too expensive the shipping [it´s not their fault !]

- Read the rules if you wanna have express-delivery, prices are shown there and it´s not worth to pay more just waitin 2 weeks longer - you need to be patient.

- personally I hate it, after my order arrived they got new items in that store and then I have to pay the shipping again....
