I have a divx version , watched it with my friend and at the end we were like woow , wtf , very interesting story , specially part II , i would recomend it to everyone. |

1.Downloaded 2.Watched 3.Loved great movie, my favourite part was that one with religion, especially liked that very short summary of our religion with the line "..but he loves you" at the end:) |

downloaded the Zeitgeist.Final.Edition.DVDRip.XviD from the official site, but cant find proper subtitles in Portuguese for the final version. can anyone figure it out, or at least the English subtitles for this version. cheers in advance |

Posted this in another thread as well: I saw and I'm speechless. This documentary had a great impact on me and will remain to be thought of for a long time. I've tried to understand everything I have seen in this movie myself before and tried to figure out how things work around me. This documentary gives me quick access to the logical and reasonable answers to those questions: it simply sums up almost all answers I had concerning the world and all that shit. But I do also believe loads of people will ignore the points that are made in this movie just because they see it as an attack on the collective accepted and believed lies. The shit they believe in now is hard to be proven untrue to them you know? That's how dumb most of us are made and held. |

The point of the movie is that people should not belive the bullshit that othes present to them... which ironicaly is what happens if you believe what is being said in this movie without researching the claims yourself 
I am always sceptictical at things, and if the author had some hard evidence to these claims, then this movie would not collect dust here in interville. I dont think its all lies, but i see no reason to find it any more believeable than all the other missconceptions. I can see why many people finds it convenient to have a "truth" or bigger cause to hold on to (which is what conspiracy theorys and religions are), but most of these things can only be proven right and not wrong. Like, you can actualy find god, but if you dont find him then it means that you just havent found him yet, thus not proved that he isnt there. You cant un-find him. In my world such things, that i cant sense with any of my senses or prove with reasonable logic, does not definitively exist. Its beyond my capabilities as a human being to decide upon such. I accept my physical and intellectual limitations, and thereby my limited capability to understand the world as a finite whole. I do not wish to fill the gaps in my knowledge with something unproven, but i will recognize the gaps and accept them as they are. Filling the gaps can do noone no other good than ease the fear of the unknown (for those who suffer from such), which is just another lie that will prevent one from seeing and acknowledging yet another truth. From this point of view, any mans claim about the existence of divinity will be blasphemic, as it would require superhuman capabilities to obtain such knowledge, which ironicaly makes for example christians (and others) become sinners in their own eyes. The film tells one a good story, but i see no good reason to interpret it as anything but that. Hyping it up can only satisfy ones ego. |
