are you aware that liam used "Nicky Santoro" as monicker?

i've been browing some old threads and found the one about liam producing all saints 'flashback' song, i know that he said he didnt once but whatever, i've never believed him ;)

the bmi repetitore lists producers and writers as:

Quote:
AUGER BRIAN BMI 248116475
DENCH IAN ALEC HARVEY PRS 162301707
GHOST AMANDA PRS 270753857
HOWLETT LIAM PRS 176901061

whereas in album sleeve credits go as:

Quote:
Producer – Amsterdamagers, The, Nicky Santoro
Written-By – Amanda Ghost, Ian Dench, Natalie Appleton, N. Santoro

i decided to check who the fuck is the last guy and why he hasnt produced any other song ever and what i found? that he is one of the characters from 'Casino' movie played by Joe Pesci ( http://www.imdb.com/character/ch0005484/ ) :)
and oh, 'Casino' is the favourite movie of Liam Howlett ( http://theprodigy.info/members/liam.shtml ) so i think its safe to say that he used n.santoro nick as he didnt want to be assigned to this record ;)
i know its nothing really big but i just wonder if there are more song co-produced by liam and we are not aware of them (i'd say yes, he admitted in neko interview some time ago that he released few whitelabels that noone knows about).

Something else as to why the name...

Origin of the surname Santoro:

Southern Italy - Originally bestowed on someone who was born on All Saints' Day :P

Some more unknown tracks titles that MIGHT be produced by Liam but might also be songs sampling some Prodigy records by other artists so this is why Liam is credited. If you have any info about what those songs can be please write.

From database at http://iswcnet.cisac.org/ , i cannot link to exact song so just do a search for HOWLETT LIAM:
- Edward ( made my lol actually)
- Fat of the Land (it is song title)
- Funky and Raw (proper title for song we knew as 'time to get funky and raw')
- Homage (with or sampling KAIN GYLAN?)

also 'No Good' is listed as 'No Good (Prodigy Mix)' so most like it was intended to be released as remix.

and now let's look for some songs registered at http://www.ascap.com/ace/ ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_S ... Publishers ). Click on 'Search database and type 'Liam Howlett'. It also lists official titles for some live songs (titles are registered by record company so no bullshit here).

- BOUNCE
- HELICOPTER TECHNO ( athens 95 fill aka Vouge?)
- JAWBREAKER (see below, not produced by liam probably)
- WE CAME HERE
- fun fact: CLAUSTROPHAUBIC STING (notice the spelling)

now it is time for The Canadian Musical Reproduction Rights Agency
https://www.cmrra.ca/song+lookup%5Csong ... rchResults)/?SearchView&Query=%5BCarNam%5Dcontains+%22HOWLETT,+LIAM%22&Start=1&Count=10&SearchMax=250&SearchWV=FALSE&SearchThesaurus=FALSE

- ROLL UP
- SMOKE (CONTAINS SAMPLE) (different credits than 'Black Smoke', samples UK band 'Greater Than One')

ok, now move to "The Harry Fox Agency" ( http://www.harryfox.com/ )
- FUCK THE MATRIX (cowritten by Neil McLellan)
- WE HATE EVERYONE (K-Flay collab confirmed! seems it is only this song)
- THE DAY IS THE ENEMY, THE NIGHT IS MY FRIEND - title is already know but just wanted to show how close to release this was

and oh, i found 'Jawbreaker' once again here ( http://www.sacem.fr/oeuvres/oeuvre/rech ... ult&page=7 ) actually is is Killa Kela song

http://youtube.com/watch?v=WYOwLpvmsH8

BUT i think i hear SMBU sample in background and this is why Liam is credited.
