Seriously....how the hell this album gets better reviews and score on metacritic than TDIME? If ''Born in the Echoes'' is a threesome, The Day is my Enemy is an ancient roman orgy with dogs, fishes and Marty Feldman serving the wine.

More a little bit oldskool club tune with vocals 'These Chemicals are good, these chemicals are bad, freak freak y'all!" For me is like something from 90s, better than some standard tunes (for me)

i was prejudgemental about this album but after listening calmly i liked it better than Further or maybe We are the night. I find it a more pure and balanced chemical brothers record.
fav tracks: EML ritual, Just Bang, Reflexion, Born in the Echoes, Radiate

Direct Buki is now easy to find on the net. Like it! They should have put on the album. So far I really like this album, loved the show too a few weeks ago.

I am surprised after all these negative comments. I like the record and will listen to it often.

This is a pretty solid album, Tom Rowlands has been leaning more towards the dancefloor for years and was surprised how 4/4 heavy the album is but I guess this album is pretty dancefloor heavy.
Just Bang & Direct Buki are straight out club bangers, the highlight for me is I'll See You There as pure psychedelia and amazing synths.
I miss the beats but those days are long gone.
