I like it, definitely has potential.. liking the jilted generation vibe a lot.

To everyone worried about it sounding unfinished, too short e.t.c. I'm sure this was a short test, the final track or the one that exists in the studio at the moment will be longer and sound different. i assume it was played as is to see how it works in a live setting.

I know LH likes to take his time but if the BMG and Prodigy post is to be believed then we should have nothing to worry about. I have faith

Roll on 2018 :bringit:

@Trawizz: I have the same impression, a track of 01:30 that loop to do 03:00. The synths are crazy, but I'm afraid of getting tired quickly because of a lazy structure, like on several TDIME tracks. But if it's a test, ok, we'll see. About the production, I will judge when I will have the record in my ears.

I second that.

Listening to all the different recordings, I hope that melody will be used over the beats and not just as a bridge.

back from munich, awesome gig. sound was ok, too much bass for my taste.
some tracks sounded muddy.
"resonate" is a beast, didn't hear the dubstep structure at all, it was all fast and shit. i thought the track had a "no good/hyperspeed"-vibe when the beat kicked in. recognized vocals samples and acid sounds. i was in the second row, place went absolutely bonkers.

here's the downside: the track was sooo short and didn't sound finished at all. unless liam has some aces up his sleeve and "resonate" was just the tip of the iceberg, I HIGHLY doubt the new album will come out early 2018..

this is pretty much what i felt when i saw jetfighter played at download.

unfinished/too short/bla bla bla.

looking forward to seeing them at plymouth next week tho!

How is this a dubstep beat? I'm not hearing the same thing.

To me, dubstep beats are slower and not as fluid. Still not convinced.

It shares the same bassline of breathe dubstep version, I think that's why people are coming up with the dubstep remark.

Listening to random dubstep (which I hate) on youtube, I have trouble understanding how even Breathe dubstep can be compared to that. Maybe I don't really understand what dubstep is, or it's another variety of it. In any case, I like what I'm hearing from the beats of Resonance.
It sounds way better than Nasty's or Jetfighter's to me for instance.

Yeah it has lots of potential but I think it's too short. Maybe it's not the final version and he's only testing it.

Resonate sounds ok from recordings, not brilliant but those times are long gone, quite similar to older elements from the last few albums mixed about again, sounds like Ragga Twins featured, bit too short/distorted to tell atm though tbh.

Oh yeah, it's definitely too short and doesn't seem to have a proper structure just yet. That second drop is a bit lazy as it is, I hope it ends up more complex. We definitely haven't heard the end of the track.
But if that the general sound LH is going for and what Leeroy was talking about in the interview, then I'm optimistic.

I hope we'll hear more new stuff in the upcoming gigs.

That was fucking brilliant, even the final link introducing Omen.
