You can rename the extension to mp3 and it'll play in Winamp.
Seems like someone's really taking the piss though. I found this in the info of the track: 
I did a little searching and found this was originally hosted on Polish RS-like site. So I guess someone's heard it without knowing the title and put 2 and 2 together and come up with 5. On the plus side, I really like it.
