Well, in a nutshell and to answer your further questions :-
EP – You got it in one – Raspberry !!
Agent Orange – Orange actually features prominently in our offices – really. As for consequences, again can’t give away too much but, in the recent past, magazines have been obliged to pay compensation where leaks have been traced back to them (and others in-the-chain are, sadly, also at risk). We say “sadly” as all that most fans are ever ‘guilty’ of is over-exuberance ... .. and most don’t realise the real damage that can be caused.
Evans – We’ll have to try your custard-in-micro recipe !!
Warrior – Whatever turns-you-on.
F-Cee – Very good point and we shall look into this further (it may simply have been a case of the uploader failing / refusing to add the simple courtesy / copyright credit).
Warning – It’s not for us to ‘leak’ marketing plans (!!), but suffice-it-to-say that on-line promotions shall continue to evolve right up until release.
WebNarayan – It would be civil actions (not criminal) – although ‘contempt of court’ does come into play sometimes – let’s not go there !!

See my point is with donuts is that we should all chill about the leak, its coming out pretty soon and im sure that everyone would wait for it.
I'd buy you a donut if we ever meet for keeping the album out of the hands of criminals and illegal pirate websites. |

You seem to have a nice job in between being annoying about 'the rules' and actually following them. Wouldn't you like a nice little link to the album before it hits the stores? I mean... it's great music. You'll love it, even tomorrow or Monday.
But seriously, about that person owning the second-hand promo... Is he or she acting out illegal actions by sharing the material with friends on a chatprogram? I guess so, looking at your previous answers. So, does that mean we can turn him or her in, and get that person put to justice so-to-speak? What happens next, once you find out who it is? Does it even matter? Or will you only find that person once he or she actually leaks the album openly? Because I happen to know that he or she actually spread the material to a select number of people. It's better to prevent rather than to heal, right?

I guess the person that owns the promo is a traitor towards all the other fans then. And you don't turn in traitors?  |
