I never was into "Warriors Dance" but it grew in me after I´ve seen it live. It´s a good track, but the not the worst from IMD album. I would prefer No Good [Start The Dance] instead of Warriors Dance.... It´s just the female sample that destroyed the whole tune imo.
Interesting the sentence, that people who are more into the rockin´ tunes of prodigy dislike "Warriors Dance" ... could be a reason for it.

Imagine if WD hadn't have made the album (after all it wasn't meant to) and all we had was that live recording from may 2008. I bet everyone who dislikes WD would be moaning like we're all moaning about deadken and mescaline not being released!

I think it's unbelievable people are dissing this track. Yes it may be with more simple build up, and if you listen to it from your little headphones too many times, it may get boring in a while.
But wasn't WD the track what made people dribble theyr keyboards when seeing raggaemetalpunk's first recording from little magic warehouse gig? the vibe of it, the ageless lyrics. This tune has spirit what many other tracks don't.
It's not typical biggest hit track on the album, what many people listen hundreds of time til they puke and then throw it away for a year. but if you but that tune just once in a while it always menthally transports to the dark dance floor where you just go wo-hoho wo-hoho wo-hoho wohoho!

cant see the logic here.. what does mean to make music only to be played live. why the hell you make an album, when you can make only the gigs, and play the things you have made to be played live. i like wd, hope you will understand what i mean. i like once again wd, its far from beeing the best thing prodigy have ever made, but its ok:) i think the idea of liam is, that the tracks from the album have the power all to be played live, but how many of the people, who have bought the album have the opportunity to see them live. not so much so, they must listen it walking along the street with their headphones on

but it's my least favorite off the new album, probably cuz i heard it 1000x and it hasn't changed too much.
but i do like the edit since it keeps it fresh and more direct and not as repetitive.
where did you hear it? hook me up.

Because the Prodigy are a live band, thats what they feed off and why Liam makes music, hes said that loads of times and listening to WD twice now live i can see how it really works
Seeing like 8000 people in an arena singing it is better than walking down the street listening to it on your headphones, totally different vibe
