Was pissing about on Logic earlier on, just tryin to get ideas down for some tunes, and came across a patch in the EXS24 called 'Syn Oct Lead' under Factory/Synthesizers/Synth Leads. It immediately struck me as sounding exactly like the bass sound from Omen Reprise. Only thing I had to do was open the cutoff filter all the way.
I sequenced the sound playing the same as Omen Reprise so you can compare it yourself...

It'a very common lead, you can do it very easy in Reason or FL Studio.
