It's the way to do biz these days. Record sales aren't what they used to be so you need to get it elsewhere. And besides if the price bugs... you can buy it at discount price in six months or so.

Yeah totally agree hence they are doing bigger and bigger tours/gigs like the MK gig but this book just doesnt deserve this price tag, if it had some exclusive tracks/edit whatever then fail enough

I won't buy it at 99 pounds.... shipping cost to Spain is 40p.... so I should pay almost 140, and not, I'm not gonna spend that ammount for a book wich doesn't come with a rarities CD or something like this

WOW! I was actually going to snag this, or I was at least mulling it over. Then I saw the shipping cost to the US: 45 pounds or $90. Ninety f**king dollars to ship something? Is it wrapped in gold?
So basically you want me to spend $300 for that book with shipping included?
Um, NO.

You would be surprised how much things like these cost to make.
A die cut, embossed finish + the fact it's made 12x12. Getting these custom things sorted out at the printers cost a lot of money. Especially with the recession still looming in this sector.
postage aside, it isn't as much of a rip-off as you would think.
I'm a sucker for limited edition packages like these, I'm very tempted to pick it up!

If I buy that man I'll scan the shit.
People still won't have the actual packaging and book, don't get me wrong I want the photos. But I'd have no problem sharing them with some members

I'm thinking of buying and asking if it can be personally signed, it would probably decrease the value of it in the future, but the profitability of it is not what concerns me.

fuck it ordered, worry about the signing later.
If it goes down in price or discount offered you can always re-order and cancel. Worth bearing in mind, plus if it sells out at least your names down for 1.
