not sure how they will work that out...if only a hundred books sell then how will they distribute the envelopes...i guess any books ordered after 31 dec arent in the running

i am curious as to how many have sold so far

i got a number in the 500s...have that many been sold or is it just a random thing as to what book ships for a particular order

Was in not inside the box itself? Surely if it's just added then that leaves it upto the packaging dept to decide, not randomly placed in boxes.

That's down to the packaging guys to decide as and when to put an envelope in then.
That's me not getting one then after my complaint

These should be pre-placed in the book at manufacture imo so it's all down to luck and whichever item you receive.

I ordered my one on the first day it went up but something went wrong with the payment so I had to reorder it this monday, got mail some hours ago saying that it has shipped. Probably wont be here til friday next week.
