Sounds a bit whack, but that's Pendulum for you. What can be made out as the Liam parts are good. They should have just let Liam do 99% of the track, and they could've just put in one of their shitty drum beats and it'd just about not be ruined...

This track reminds me of the Audio Bullys remix of OOS. Liam produced that back then and tinkered with the beats. It feels like he's done nothing more in this pile of shite*
