Please don't misunderstand, I love this band, but why's it take forever to get some iron-clad musical output from these guys!?
Yeah, yeah, I get it, there's the tunes that they've played over the past year or two, and, most recently, GYFO, but they aren't nearly finished.
And, while I know it's been said many times, I agree that the version of AWOL that was played in Bratislava is far superior to the swing-beat version that they currently play.
I hate to complain, but c'mon, fellas, quit touring the same two-minute snippets, finish the tunes, and release the record already!
(Sigh) Rant over.
Happy New Year!

What is so special about that version? Prefer the swingbeat, but it is still not a complete tune is it

Is it just me or does AWOL sound like A-hole?

While I don't mind the current swing-beat version of AWOL, there were particular musical elements in the Bratislava version that I prefer; namely, the alert sirens, which worked well, given the song's militant theme, the backing vocal samples, and the over-arching guitar loop. Sure, the overall beat was different, but it was timed better and accentuated Keith's vocals more, whereas with the current version, it just sounds like he's screaming over the beat, y'know what I mean?

The beats from 'We hate Everyone' - k flay, played at the Dec shows.
Most likely the 'New beats' on setlist, although 'new beats' was different in Serbia.

Maybe I complain too much, but even when the joke seemed cool to me, some people saw it and thought they really dropped Firestarter, IMD and OOS I wouldn't do that when posting the setlist for the first time on the forums, it's a tad confusing.
