Found some of the earlier artwork designs back when the album was titled 'Rebel Radio', if you're interested!

Artwork with the bullets is very good. Nice concepts, better than final cover...

Also this one with the loudspeaker reminds me about Chemical Brothers 'Believe'

these concepts haven't got the iconic feeling the fox has, in my opinion. some of them look cool, but would not make good album cover. these are just sketches but still, bullets are way too simple, and fox with that megafon.. makes no sense.

only thing i don't like about cover we have are the color combinations, too similar to IMD. well they belong to same era sound wise too..

Not trying to sound like a cock, but I do still prefer my custom cover. I like the fox motif but I'm tired of the overly photo-shopped cut & paste style. Alex Jenkins era was my favorite.

^Your cover is nostalgic man. It would be better if that puppy was not on it an just have that land mine a bit bigger.

^ for me the dog is representative of the band, it's like the crab giving a two figure salute or the fox alone in the city playing by his own rules, It's like Maxim , walking through minefields watching your head rock ;)

that cover you posted Jimmy is overall better in the jilted/fotl sense as it's a real-life image. not saying the fox isn't, but its altered/worked a lot more than the previous mentioned. + it has a cool military vibe to it and i like the TDIME print. not sure about the dog though.. as a symbol, the fox makes more sense. replace the dog with the fox and its top notch. agreed on the IMD similarity.

the 1 with the bullets works visually imo. dunno.. i always like simplicity and prefer to look at the whole visual image rather than the details (i.e. huge fox on the streets of america). the logo however ruins that cover for me since i cant stand that logo anymore. so overused by now..

having said all that.. TDIME cover is better than IMD and im happy there's no logo or text on the cover, but still.. the large THE DAY IS MY ENEMY text with black background wud've been the best choice

Gotcha man, to me though it looks quite innocent and sad.

I hate when demo songs/demo covers are better than final stuffs. The covers with the shouting fox is much better fitting to the albums violent sound. I can't understand why Liam chose the cartoon like cute fox cover.

can anyone comment how Velodrome sound was?

they do fail sometimes with sound. and as it seems.. it's not always their fault, it can depend of services what can be provided on the place. i heard stories gig in Estonia didn't happen once because of that...

guess it's difficult to drag around their own system if they don't do straight only arena tour around same area...

anyways, thanks! good read

Interesting. However, I've seen them live eleven times now and during every gig except the first one I have been wearing earplugs.

Any other people here done their Prodigy gigs with hearing protection?
