Why dont you send a pm and also an email for confirmation of all acounts? All those who enter the forum but do not confirm their account will be sent a second email/pm and if they fail again they will be deleted.As for those who are registered but do not post i do not think they will be in much trouble to confirm their account again.None enters the site without re-confirmation.
