I would like to ask how many different singles were released in digipacks with plastic clips. I saw Voodoo People, Firestarter and SMBU, are there any others?
-edit- ok, i browsed that list and found that hey are just three singles with that clip
I saw on someone photos three copies of AONO Mav AdvCD promo is there any difference? I got two copies and they have different number on cd, it's also different from the one at discogs but for me its more like some kind of number used to mark each cd....

No not all, but i am sure that on ebay for ex, you could buy some fakes... with new print systems you can print on cds.

I bought that cd from eBay seller 'mickf45', it came in transparent plastic sleeve with a custom printed paper inside, front is like front of album while back is on picture:
