I guess we'll know more by the time the November/December gigs happen. I believe the arena dates were originally booked to support the new album (the arena dates were booked a year in advance). Not many artists do an arena tour that isn't supporting an album release. For whatever reason, the new album release has slipped into 2024. The hashtag anouncements via the official Prodigy 'X'Twitter/Instagram have heavily implied new music was on the way for at least the last 2 years.
As far as the documentary goes, apparently that got delayed due to COVID19 (it wouldn't have been easy to do interviews during the pandemic). If they are still working on a documentary, I presume it will be released with a supporting music release, be that the new album or something else.
Not hearing anything is the norm. Liam only does interviews in the run up to a new album or a big gig. The first we know about things these days is usually via the official 'X'Twitter/Instagram.

Yes, I hope so that we will get concrete news or even snippets of new tunes during the Gigs. I did not know that the arenas should be reserved that early. This was interesting. And theory of yours also explains why this AOTA tour seemed from the start a launch of the new album era rather that just a "Basic Best-of" tour among others. Covid19 Hopefully that era of humankind did not totally distrupt the whole consept of the doc. Yes, I have learned to know during these about 30 years that what Liam says in a single interview or article or social media post should not be taken too serously. It May be deliberate to fuck us fans' heads or he is just quick in changing his mind when he sees something is not working the way he planned or wanted to. So, lets see what will happen. Some interesting news May be dropped sooner that we think. You will never know.

Leaks have been going around for the lineup for Download in June 2024 and Prodigy are supposedly headlining the ‘other stage’ on one of the days. Screenshot went up and then immediately pulled down but others have reposted.
Might be time for mods to start a live dates tab for 2024. More will be announced in coming weeks/months I think.

If they don't play anything new other than Disrupt Ya Flow then we really shouldn't be optimistic for any new album. Surely a UK tour would be the perfect time to showcase new material.

Quote: We have a ltd edition, hand numbered screenprint poster each night on the UK tour, designed by longtime collaborator Luke Insect. Tonight there are 150 of these on the merch stand if you want 'em.
