iv listened to this tune a few times (on a big sound system and headphones)
and i dont think even with a good 1990's E in my system it would rock my soul the way liams old tunes did. i thought the first 2 albums where ok but i had been listening to rave music for about 4 years when there first album came out, so was a little board with that style of music by then. but when fotl came out i thought this is great (a real progresion)
but aono and this track, sorry liam but you let it slip mate, maybe champain and cocaine arnt the best of drugs to inspire great writing like he used to do when he had just had a spliff or an E.
its an ok tune for a video game but as a prodigy tune its not good at all.
liam skin up and write someting with some bollox to it please, i know you still got it in you :?:

This was probably originally written around AONO and Liam has just mixed it up a bit for this video game. I think you guys are forgetting that this probably isn't even B-side material which is why it hasn't surfaced till now...

In a past interview Liam says:

Do you have any favorite electronica artist at this moment? Or don't you listen to electronic stuff?
I do listen, absolutely. I like 'justice'. Alot of french stuff I'm not really into cos it's not really tough… but Justice is fuckin' nice ya know. It's got the groove, it's got that kinda attack. They're doing something different even though it's quite clubby. People think I'm not into four to the floor but it's about how you do it. When they do it, it sound like discopunk. I've done a couple of tracks like that. It can't be breakbeat all the time.

I don't think this track is scraps from the aono era at all...this is some new shit...haitian shit...`ardcore shit...made from plant shit

I dunno.. I reckon it's new material to us so we can't really complain, but in terms of how Liam works and what he does this is old. I can't pick one thing fresh about it that hasn't been done in AONO and the era's before it. The whole track is like a giant mash up of old Prodigy sounds. Each time you listen you hear another old sound in there, and this style was fresh for him at one point some 3 to 4 years ago but not now. I guess the sound hunting provides some excitement for me

did some research and it seems that to rip anything off of an xbox disc will take hardware modification and a whole lot of work. i guess unless it is released on some conventional format, recording the track from a line out will be the only option unless someone in the forum community has another way.

anything....anyone?????????

time to write something from myself
ekhm
 i don't know what to think really
shadow from pgr4 trailer is a promise of a good tune, good special made tune - for the game
but this shadow of the devil is the most unambitious tune prodigy ever released! i'll quite repeat some of your posts people
- it sounds like a demo track from late 80s not qualified to release
- there are plenty samples used before
- boring beat
- it just didn't compare to liams philosophy of realising stuff!

now, what was the purpose to release it?
to start a forum storm? to down a hype of the new album so it can punch us harder?
why? why? why?

hey, maybe it's Aces job?
Liam: now try to make smth Acee. these are the samples.. have fun

and why i have listened to this tune for 50 times already?

(long time without sleep, sorry)
:?:
