Reading Festival 2002. Ok, probably not the most memorable gig in some people's eyes, but for me it was immense. I'd been into the band since late '96, and this was sum 6 years later, i was finally goin to see them. I'll never forget it ever. After standing near the front for most of the day, taking in bands like NOFX (who were ace), incubus, slipknot and the second to last on the bill The Offspring. I've never wanted a band's set to end so quick!!! All i was thinkin was 'get the fuk of the stage, just get off now, let THE BOYS get on!!' after their set had ended, the stage went black, with just a few little dingy lights on, and then, liam's racks of gear came rolling on. FUCK ME! The anticipation was unreal. The blood was rushing like crazy round my body, i could'nt believe they would be on the stage in a matter of minutes. And then, the stage went black again. This was it! A weird sound started pumping out, i was thinking this ain't no army march intro!!! 8-) As maxim came on, and then keith (in a bright pink shirt!) BANG!!!! This massive big beat came oozing out the speakers, wtf is this? Everyone jumping together and goin ape shit, i can hear maxim saying somethin like ' gonna take em back to school, educate your kids, show 'em how to build bombs!' fukkin 'ell they r playin a NEW TUNE! (later finding out it was Back 2 School Beta) To this day i feel priviliged to of heard this version of the track along with Trigger, BGAT,Nightboat To Cairo with the trumpet player, and a then brand new version of nuclear. Obviously not knowing at the time that these would be the last time these tunes were played live! (along with fuel my fire). Its also worth mentioning the stage design, with the HOT sign, liam's scaffold design round the back of his gear, and an illuminated green dragon (which i think made a re-appearance at IOW '06? maybe wrong) crazy stuff. I remember thinking after the gig, i can't wait for this album to come out, and to hear these new tunes on it, its gonna be fukkin awesome................................................. August 23rd 2004 Oh hello AONO, where have u been then

Nah that was 1997 fotl tour mate, i was at the Gmex gig for that one and the stage was spos'd to look like the firestarted tube tunnel set, this one was an actual front room with a fish tank and pictures on the wall, infact they had 3 fish on the walls aswell like a house! was sick!!

Yeah i remember that stage as well from the dublin gig, i remember there was a couch stuck to the wall as well and some stairs either side of the stage leading up to behind liam to the rest of the room, looked proper quality!

Yeah its in their photo book they released a few years ago on the back page, brought back loads of memories looking at it!

I remember the strobe lights behind the fish tank, fucking mental!

Mine was the BDO 97. Thing that sucks is that I don't remember much of it. I'd only just got into the band after seeing the Firestarter and Breathe clips. At that time I didn't really know what kind of music I liked, and kinda just went with what all my mates were listening to without really liking any of it much. I'm talking about Death Metal and all that kind of stuff.

So when I saw them my first time all I knew of were Breathe and Firestarter, though I do think I remember Their Law and Poison but thats it. I remember people saying the lines to Poison along with Maxim, but at the time I was like "wtf are they saying?!" After this show I knew I had found something that I really liked, and it was something I liked without mates trying to ram it down my throat.

Next time I seen them was at Two Tribes Festival in 05. I remember everything from that show, was right up the front with my brother. Stupid bastard drank too much, he needed a piss so bad but didn't wanna lose his spot right up the front.. so this girl next to me (quite nice looking!) gives him an empty water bottle to piss into! Drunk prick pisses all over his own leg and makes a dick of himself.. oh well!

first track was Wake Up Call and it sounded, remember hearing Firestarter remix and back 2 skool and I thought that was awesome too! Hotride remix, warning, etc etc. But something that was pretty cool was they played Girls/More Girls and more girls sounded so much better live than it did on cd. Doubt we'll ever hear it again..

ps. don't wear boxers if ya planning on jumping up and down lots, at the end of it I felt like I been kicked 27 times.. in the nuts... hard!

My first and only gig was BDO 2002 in Adelaide. In fact I joined BK after finding a recording of the gig. The gig was ok, but was one of their first after their long break so it lacked a noticeable amount of their original energy. I really wish I'd stayed in Adelaide to see their 05 tour though.

Well it truly was wicked and Neko went to all the 2 tribes gigs and rated the Adelaide show as the best one. Still remember it like it was yesterday. Keith totally drenched in sweat, Jim Davies was on guitar still and it kinda looked like he didn't wanna be up there, like he wasn't having fun.

Nearly got my eye poked out by some dumb shit with a glow stick.

06.10.2006 Zagreb,Croatia , that was my first and also Prodigy's first gig in Croatia. One thing that i'll never forget is taking picture of Liam who was standing 10m from me and watching warm up performance of two DJs.At first i didn't realize it was him , i was in shock , then i took my mobile phone, approached to almost 2m from him and this is the pic of Mr LH

Image

When he decided to go back to dressing room i stopped him and asked for handshake , he raised his hand and that was it , my friends couldn't believe what just happened and i was so happy i couldn't stop  .
The gig itself was mad , i was jumping and screaming all the time , boys were really great , full of energy and shit hehe.
